Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Pure Luminous Pathway Wellness Services, LLC website and applicable services, programs, resources, materials, and other offerings.
By accessing or using this website or purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in an applicable offering, you agree to the terms that apply to your use or participation.
Certain services, programs, or purchases may also be governed by separate agreements, informed consent documents, policies, or other terms. When applicable, those additional terms also govern participation in the specific service or offering.
Website Use
The Pure Luminous Pathway website and its content are intended for lawful personal, informational, and applicable service-related use. Users may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content or materials in violation of applicable law or these Terms of Use.
Services
Pure Luminous Pathway Wellness Services may provide different categories of services, programs, educational experiences, resources, and other offerings. The nature, scope, eligibility requirements, pricing, duration, and terms of a particular offering will be identified through the applicable service description, agreement, enrollment process, or other information provided for that offering.
Some the services offered by Pure Luminous Pathway Wellness services are nonclinical. The nature of an service should be determined by the description and terms applicable to that specific service or program.
Participation in one type of service does not automatically establish a relationship for another type of service.
Life Coaching
Life coaching offered by Pure Luminous Pathway Wellness Services is a nonclinical service designed to support areas such as personal growth, clarity, direction, goal development, accountability, decision-making, life transitions, and intentional personal development.
Life coaching is distinct from psychotherapy and other clinical mental health services and does not include diagnosis, clinical assessment, psychotherapy, treatment of mental health disorders, trauma treatment, or crisis intervention.
Additional terms contained in the applicable Life Coaching Agreement govern participation in coaching services.
Workshops & Educational Programs
Pure Luminous Pathway Wellness Services workshops, educational programs, and related learning experiences are educational in nature unless expressly identified otherwise. Specific program descriptions, participation requirements, schedules, pricing, and applicable terms will be provided for the particular service.
Participation in workshops and educational programs does not establish a therapist-client relationship. These offerings are educational in nature and are not psychotherapy or individualized mental health treatment.
Scheduling
When an offering requires an appointment or scheduled participation, clients or participants are responsible for reviewing the applicable date, time, time zone, attendance requirements, and scheduling information.
Additional scheduling requirements may apply to particular services and will be communicated through the applicable service description, agreement, booking process, or policy.
Payments
Pricing and payment requirements will be presented in connection with the applicable service, program, product, or other offering. Payment must be completed according to the requirements presented during the applicable purchase, enrollment, or booking process.
Cancellations, Rescheduling & Missed Coaching Sessions
For scheduled life coaching appointments, clients may cancel or reschedule without penalty at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Cancellation or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, as well as missed appointments, result in the session being considered used.
For an individually purchased coaching session, a new session must be purchased to schedule another appointment. For a coaching pathway or package, the missed session is deducted from the client's remaining sessions.
Sessions begin and end at their scheduled times. Late arrival does not extend the scheduled ending time. If a client has not arrived or communicated within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session will be considered missed.
Exceptions may be considered at the discretion of Pure Luminous Pathway Wellness Services when appropriate.
Cancellation, attendance, rescheduling, withdrawal, and participation policies may vary by service. Applicable policies will be provided with the specific service.
Refunds
Payments made to Pure Luminous Pathway Wellness Services for life coaching, coaching pathways, workshops, educational programs, and other paid offerings are non-refundable.

Clients and participants are responsible for reviewing the applicable service or program details, scheduling requirements, and policies before completing a purchase.

When applicable, cancellation, rescheduling, missed-session, attendance, or withdrawal policies will determine how a purchased session or program is handled. Cancellation or non-participation does not automatically entitle a client or participant to a refund.
Participant Responsibility
Individuals remain responsible for their own participation, decisions, actions, and application of information discussed or provided through all services. Participation does not guarantee a particular result or outcome.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, original content and materials created by Pure Luminous Pathway Wellness Services, including original frameworks, worksheets, guides, workbooks, educational materials, written content, graphics, and other original resources, are owned by Pure Luminous Pathway Wellness Services and may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Materials created by Pure Luminous Pathway Wellness Services may not be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, distributed, modified for commercial use, or otherwise commercially exploited without prior authorization, except where otherwise permitted by law.

Pure Luminous Pathway Wellness Services may also feature, reference, recommend, or link to third-party products, services, resources, or materials.

Third-party names, products, content, trademarks, images, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. Their inclusion or recommendation does not transfer ownership of those materials to Pure Luminous Pathway Wellness Services.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
Pure Luminous Pathway Wellness Services does not promise or guarantee specific personal, professional, emotional, spiritual, financial, or other outcomes from use of the website or participation in its services, programs, resources, or other offerings.
Changes to These Terms of Use
Pure Luminous Pathway Wellness Services may update these Terms of Use as its website, services, programs, technologies, or business practices evolve. The effective date displayed on this page should identify the current version.
