Cancellation Policy

Pure Luminous Pathway Wellness Services provides Christian Life Strategy Services for adult women age 18 and older. These Holy Spirit led and Scripture grounded sessions provide space for prayerful conversation, biblical perspective, discernment, and practical strategy around matters participants are already bringing before God. Christian Life Strategy is spiritual and strategic in nature and is not psychotherapy, mental health treatment, clinical assessment, diagnosis, medical care, or crisis intervention and does not establish a therapist-client relationship. Sessions & Payment: Individual Christian Life Strategy Sessions are 60 minutes and $150 per session. Sessions are booked and paid for individually, with no package or ongoing commitment required. Participants may schedule another session when continued prayerful strategy, preparation, or accountability would be helpful. Pre-Session Reflection: Following each booking, participants will receive a brief required pre-session reflection and applicable acknowledgments. These must be completed within 24 hours of booking to allow adequate time for session preparation. The reflection provides an opportunity to share what you have been seeking God about and what you would like to bring forward during the session. Your session cannot proceed until all required forms are completed. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled without penalty at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Requests made less than 24 hours before the session, as well as missed sessions, will result in the session being considered used. A new session must be purchased to book again. Exceptions may be considered at the discretion of Pure Luminous Pathway Wellness Services. Late Arrivals: Sessions end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival. After 15 minutes without arrival or communication, the appointment will be considered missed and the session considered used. Service Boundaries: Christian Life Strategy remains within its spiritual and strategic purpose. If a concern arises that requires clinical assessment, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, or another service outside the scope of Christian Life Strategy, it will not be addressed through the session as a substitute for appropriate professional care.
